The vision is a snowball effect
Imagine students starting to put these signs everywhere. On laptops, dorm doors, bulletin boards, etc. It may start with one student, then their friends join in, then their whole school joins in. The ultimate vision is for millions of students to be visibly advocating and writing their representatives. This will cause Congress to finally pass it, or we're making it a spotlight policy that Americans vote for Congress members who will pass it.
